The base and spill containment tray is designed and fabricated from fiberglass to offer both heat and chemical resistance. The clear sides are constructed from HD acrylic to offer favorable impact and chemical resistance while providing exceptional viewing characteristics for the student and teacher. The chassis is constructed from heavy gauge aluminum that has been epoxy coated to provide superb chemical and heat resistance.
Each Aura Elite Classroom Demonstration Fume Hood feature is vividly displayed and controlled by the EverSafe™ III touch screen controller, which offers a user's finger-tip control.
A. Laboratory air enters Aura Elite
B. Laboratory air is combined with contaminated air
C. Air enters filtration. Filtration at "C" can be either gas phase, mechanical or both depending on the application.
D. Air is pulled into the plenum area. The gas detector and test port sampling tubing are located in this area.
E. Optional safety filtration can be installed here
F. Contaminent-free air is returned to the laboratory space
